Measurements
Base values load from your selected size. All fields optional — adjust only where needed.
All measurements are full circumference — e.g. a 100 cm waist, not 50 cm half.

Corrects the slope of the left shoulder seam. Sloped (−): raises the sleeve head to compensate for a shoulder that drops away from the neck. Squared (+): lowers the sleeve head for a shoulder that sits higher than standard.
Same as Left Shoulder Slope applied to the right side only. Factory: + = squared/raised, − = sloped/dropped. Use when the shoulders are noticeably uneven.
Adjusts the fore-aft position of the shoulder point, not the overall body lean (that is Forward/Backward-Leaning Posture below). Forward / 前冲 (+): the shoulder tip sits ahead of the body centreline — common with rounded or forward-carried shoulders; shifts fabric from back to front at the shoulder seam. Backward / 后掰 (−): the shoulder tip is thrown back — for a square, upright stance; shifts fabric toward the back at the shoulder. Step 0.5 cm only.
Repositions the sleeve to follow the natural hang of the arm. Shift Back (+): rotates the sleeve toward the back — for arms that hang forward of the body centreline. Shift Forward (−): rotates toward the front — for arms that hang behind. Step 0.5 cm only.
For a customer whose spine curves forward (round-shouldered or stooped). Adds length to the back panel and automatically reduces the front by the same amount, preventing the jacket from riding up at the back. Positive values only (0.5–2.5 cm).
For a customer who stands with the chest pushed forward and shoulders drawn back (military posture). Reduces back panel length and automatically adds to the front panel. All values are negative (−0.5 to −2.5 cm) — the magnitude sets the degree of adjustment.
Widens or narrows the back panel from the cross-back line down to the hem, without changing chest circumference. Positive: widens the sweep — for a fuller seat or hip. Negative: narrows the sweep — for a slimmer hip below a standard back width. Do not combine with Cross Back Only on the same order.
Adjusts how deep the back neckline is cut. Negative (down to −1.3 cm): deepens the back collar — for a neck that sits forward or a prominent C7 vertebra. Positive (up to +0.3 cm): raises the back collar slightly — for a very upright neck with little hollow.
Moves the bottom of the armhole up or down. Lower Armhole (−): deepens the armhole — increases ease of movement, suits a fuller upper arm. Higher Armhole (+): raises the armhole — produces a cleaner, trimmer silhouette.
Adjusts the neck opening width at the collar seam. Positive: widens the neck opening — for a thicker neck. Negative: narrows it — for a slender neck where the collar gaps away from the skin.
Adds ease across the shoulder blade area for customers with a prominent or broad scapula. Options 1–4 ease the center back seam lengthwise and add width — choose the level matching the prominence (0.5/0.8/1.0/1.2 cm ease). Option 5 (negative) narrows the center back horizontally only — for a flat or narrow blade.
Lengthens or shortens the lapel roll line. Positive: extends the roll line further down the front, producing a longer lapel. Negative: raises the break point for a more compact lapel. Use when the customer torso proportion differs significantly from the base block.
Increases tension on the canvas tape along the lapel fold line, causing the lapel to roll more firmly and sit flatter against the chest. Positive values only (0.3–0.6 cm). Use when the lapel tends to bow away from the chest or fall open.
Controls the amount the front panel is suppressed at the chest. Increased Front Cut (+): more suppression — for a protruding abdomen or full chest needing extra ease across the front. Reduced Front Cut (−): less suppression — for an erect, flat-chested customer where the standard cut creates excess fabric.
Changes width at the top of the back side seam where it meets the armhole, affecting chest circumference. Positive: widens — for a broader back. Negative: narrows. Affects only the upper back, not the sweep. Do not combine with Half Cross Back to Sweep.
Changes width across the front chest panel only, affecting chest circumference. Positive: widens — for a fuller chest or prominent pectorals. Negative: narrows — for a hollow or narrow chest. Use when front and back widths need independent balancing.
Order Notes
A high-resolution source file (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, minimum 300 DPI at print size) is required. Please include a written descriptor specifying which portion of the artwork should be featured in the lining. Colour fidelity in digital fabric printing cannot be guaranteed to exact specification. Please allow up to one additional week for production.
